admslader c981a9ae44 docs(task-tracker): rebrand the app to Tapestry 
- Rename the notes' titles to Tapestry and add the tagline
  "Many threads. One view."
- Add a Brand section to the main note (name, tagline, config keys, and
  the identifiers kept as task_tracker for compatibility).
- Add the tapestry tag and a Task Tracker alias; refresh updated dates.
- Update the icon-concepts brand note and the licensing trial copy.
