What's New in v1.7.0
This release gives the app its new name — Tapestry — with the tagline "Many
threads. One view.", a brand-new app icon, and refreshed naming across every
platform.🧵 A New Name
- The app is now Tapestry — Many threads. One view.
- The app bar, About dialog, and login screen show the new name and tagline
- OS-level names updated on Linux, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and web
🎨 A New Icon
- A shaded teal tile with a cyan ring around a 3×5 grid, one amber "today" cell,
and small floating cubes - Regenerated for every platform, including a maskable web icon and a multi-size
Windows .ico - Stays crisp from 16px taskbar sizes up to 1024px
🛠️ Technical Improvements
- Updated dependencies and raised the Flutter SDK floor
- The Forgejo repo is now admslader/tapestry; the updater and release tooling
follow it - Icon generation now keeps gradient tiles seamless (edge-extended corners, no
banding) - Package, binary, database, and license identifiers stay task_tracker for
compatibility
