    v1.7.2 - Tapestry-Named Windows Build

    What's New in v1.7.2

    This patch renames the Windows build to Tapestry and closes the findings from a
    fresh security review.

    🪟 Windows

    • The executable is now tapestry.exe
    • The release archive is now tapestry-windows.zip
    • The version resource shows Tapestry and Keyworks Technology

    🍎 Apple platforms

    • The bundle name is now Tapestry
    • iOS and macOS use the Sladertech bundle id (no more com.example)
    • macOS builds can reach the network inside the sandbox

    🔒 Security

    • The session is never written to disk in plaintext: if the OS keychain is
      unavailable, it stays in memory for the current run
    • The license control plane refuses to store a service-role key unless Vault is
      available
    • Plaintext http:// is only allowed for a backend on the local network

    🛠️ Technical Improvements

    • The updater's temporary files use the tapestry prefix
    • Remaining repo references in the docs point at tapestry
